ExtraCell AlgaStar Inactive Yeast

ExtraCell AlgaStar flakes are a source of complete vegan protein, fiber, and nutrients made of inactive (nutritional) yeast with addition of microalgae or cyanobacteria. They contain a complex of B vitamins, fiber and protein. ExtraCell AlgaStar SPIR flakes are made with addition of spirulina that naturally contains iron and magnesium. Moreover, the addition of spirulina provides the product with a high B12 content, making it especially valuable for vegans. The taste of ExtraCell AlgaStar slightly differs from ordinary inactive yeast. It is described as more “parmesan-like”. In addition, the color of ExtraCell AlgaStar is soft green, suitable to enhance the look of any dish.
